Jim Knox worked for Nth Degree for 30 years. His work ethic, dedication and commitment to the company throughout the years were second to none. From his beginnings on the show floor as a Leadman to Master Foreman and eventually Planning Coordinator, Jim was an integral part of the growth and success of Nth Degree Las Vegas.
From day one in 1993 until his death, he enjoyed every minute of his time with Nth Degree. He loved it so much that retirement was not an option for him. He truly saw the travel side of the job as a perk! Coming home to tell his family how amazing the fish market was, or how some downtowns were nothing special. When he got the chance to move into the office and schedule labor it was a perfect fit. While most said that was a frustrating job, he looked forward to the “mental exercise” every day. He could have spent his days fishing, but he found his joy in the office doing the day-to-day planning with his Nth Degree family. He was passionate about learning and sharing information, and was always willing to help others grow and share his wealth of knowledge. Jim was survived by cherished family including his son who is also part of the Nth Degree team.
